most of us would admit that if we had to vote for ONE of them, BO or HRC, we would certainly choose the devil we know and that would be HRC. Even Sandy Burglar as Sec. of State would be a welcome alternative to whichever radical BO wants to appoint...
and imagine the SC judges he will choose!! Several mentioned were commie law professors that he admires, from Harvard or Univ. of Chicago...
BO scares the shiite out of me.
My senior citizen mother, God bless her, is a huge Hillary Clinton supporter. This year she’s voting for McCain. She’s very bitter about what she perceives was Obama’s theft of the nomination from Clinton.
No problem, Obama’s got around 70,000,000 dead people voting for him.
The Moderate Dems are Pizzed and want their party back.
If BHO wins damage to the Dem party may be irreparable.
They want Join the Rep party but the Moderate Dems and Moderate Rep could join up into a Super party that includes the Ind.
After all the Republican party was created from disgruntled Democrats that had had enough.
Ever hear of Regan Democrats? Regan himself was a dem, and then "the party left him". So he switched. Well, different generation, but pretty much the same reasons; "the party left them", the kook fringe has taken over - thrown reason out the window. That, and I suspect a lot of them are voting for Sarah.

Pardon me for being cynical about the PUMA factor, but my own experience with McCain suggests that Ol’ Crusty’s admirers might not vote against Big Ears in the numbers we’re hoping to see.
Like many freepers I was decidedly cool to McCain, and it was only when it became a choice of a GOPer I don’t particularly like and a Democrat I detest that the former became my choice (palin helped there!).
I suspect a lot of Hillary’s supporters will revert to party form when the time comes to pull the lever. For many, voting Republican is probably only a little less distasteful than rolling in dog dirt.
But we’ll see in a few days. Sure hope I’m wrong.

Ok. This statement about oversampling makes no sense. Why do pollsters oversample Rats, just because a lot of Hillary voters will vote for McCain.
This should not bring any more Rat voters than GOP. More than likely the Rats will have no more than a 3% Rat advantage in turnout.
If my turnout prediction is true, and a lot of PUMA voters are going to vote for McCain, then he will get much more voters for him than predicted.

A long time ago. Now a bunch of them lost their 401Ks and they blame Republicans. Low taxes did not cause Wall Street to fall apart, but in bad economic times it’s tough for the incumbent POTUS’s party.
I agree that most undecideds will go for McCain at this point. This is precisely why Ford almost beat Carter. He went from 30 points down to a narrow loss to Carter. McCain’s got one week left to close the gap that Gallup says is only 2% now.
I apologize in advance for sounding ignorant, but what does PUMA stand for? I have seen the term mentioned over and over again, but I haven’t found the meaning - something to do with Hillary voters voting for McCain? Thanks!
HRC supporter here. I’m voting for McCain because I trust him. I don’t trust O. I can speak for many democrats in my family and in my business— 90 percent are voting Republican, most for the first time in their lives.
And as for downticket voting, there’s only one Democrat getting my vote this time around. I’ve had it with that corrupt party.
Glad to have you with us this election. BO sure did some dirty tricks to “win” (ha!) the nomination. I know Mac really respects Hillary and I believe he will treat her honorably and work with her WHEN HE IS PRESIDENT.
I just have to believe that in the voting booth, Bill & Hill will NOT vote for BO - never.
As a result of this, they have become very angry and dissatisfied with the democrat party, and are now referred to as PUMAs (Party Unity My @ss). They refuse to assimilate and unite behind Obama because they know they were cheated.
They are truly needed for America's success next week.

Their group is very considerably sized, and I am fairly certain it numbers into the tens of millions.
That is why I view these folks more as allies than enemies.
