We'd also need some mechanism to ensure that the candidates were present at least 14 years in the United States. How do we maintain a registry of physical presence? (In Germany everyone has to register with the local police within ten days of a change of address. They keep good records. And if suddenly if Jewishness or heteorsexuality becomes illegal they know where all the new-criminals live.)

I prefer only knowing some basic qualification for the President of the United States, according to the Constitution... :-)

This info on Wiki indicates that Calero has been on the ticket more than once and so has someone else who was not eligible.
