We should also hold out more hope for the Donofrio case fron NJ currently in front of SCOTUS.
I fear Donofrio’s case teeters on the brink as well, simply because SCOTUS justice Souter has already tossed it. I’m hopeful that I’m wrong, but I just can’t seem to keep my hopes up for any of these. I mean, the minute a Grand Jury in a border town indicts Cheney, it’s all over the news. This stuff can’t even crack Fox News.
