I have. In several States, electors are obligated by law to vote for the ticket that won. There are over 270 of the legally obligated electors to vote for the Obama/Biden ticket, even if the former falls off. Constitutionally, that would put Biden in the position, as the Constitution states in Article II. McCain did not win enough legally obligated electors to reach the 270 threshold, nor are there enough electors from States who don’t have the legal obligation and can swap their votes (on another thread, we figured that, best case scenario, if all electors who aren’t legally obligated to vote for the winning ticket swapped, McCain would only have around 230 electoral votes.)
