The implications are on the order of the Nixon knock out.
Here’s the thing. This puppy is not going away. So they either do it now when its relatively easy to face the consequences or later when its not.
You understand Obama should have the documentation. The Arnold would be running for president and winning if he had the documentation. But he doesn’t have the docs. So he doesn’t run.

Ahhh ... But they aren't the cause ... If not natural born, Obama has pulled the wool over the entire DNC's eyes as well as half the population. He and those who aided his cover-up are the source of disenfranchisement. The hands of the SCOTUS are clean. They are simply doing their job to preserve the law as it was written. As long as the SCOTUS doesn't personalize their responsibility or succumb to the urge to legislate from the bench, they'll do the right thing.
