The issue deserves a look-see at the only court authorized to assess the situation. I don’t think Thomas is saying or thinking one way or another, but just that the court should at least look at it.

Me too. If they just keep throwing these cases out without resolving it one way or the other this will go on for a very long time. What are we up to now 17?
