Well the NJ Lower Court is sabotaging the paperwork. When SCOTUS calls for the paperwork to review this - if NJ Lower Court changed it then the case may never get anywhere.
They are trying to sabotage Leo to kill his case because it is a major threat. This may be the most important thread on FR ever. People need to get the word out.

I think Lan Lanphere (has AM Overnight Internet radio show) is trying to do that. Lan is pretty plugged with a knowledgable ISP that streams his show. His ISP hosts his internet show but they were getting attacked last night and two servers got shutdown. I think the O goons also attacked Plains Radio one of the nights Leo was on.
Leo may also be reading posts here.
Lan is probably the only way to contact Leo.
The NJ Lower Court is trying to sabotage Leo’s case in SCOTUS. Leo needsa our help and some law firm or lawyers in NJ or DC needs to try to help him with SCOTUS. I think they are all afraid. Leo is also suing McCain’s eligbility so the GOP probably will not do anything.
We need protests and marches in the faces of the cameras. We should march on every state capitol at once. The reason the prop 8 protesters are so successful is because they are very very organized. All we do is post, email, blog and rant.

I think Plains Radio with Ed Hale and Lan Lanphere’s AM Overnight radio programs have last night’s show with Leo archived.
We have to get the word out about Leo’s case being sabotaged.
For those of you who have contacts abroad, we need to get this out in the international press. I am fluent in Dutch and have been emailing the Dutch press. So, if you speak a foreign language and have foreign contacts, get the word out. If it’s all in the international press this cannot get ignored anymore by the MSM.

If Leo wins this, the “people in control” will know that Americans will stand up to them. I think they own O, Hill and McCain but the others may be the lesser evils.

If you’ve listened to Donofrio, he’s been VERY careful to sound non-partisaned. He’s sueing for honesty in the system, not to “get Obama.” In fact, and I’ve been following him A LOT, I’m not entirely sure of his political affilliation - he’s arguing against Obama AND McCain.
I recommend that you’re going to talk about this with others, particularly Obots, address it in the context of upholding the Constitution and the Rule of Law.
The media and Libs are going to be up in arms about this and say the “Conservatives are trying to hijack the election” — we all know this.
But if we’re trying to help make open-minded people understand what’s going on and why it’s important, I think well have better success being as apolitical as possible.

This is promising but Leo’s case is the closet to exposing what has occurred. This is why they shut down his site and the NJ Lower Court changed the paperwork to try to sabotage his SCOTUS case.
I have been avoiding Drudge but went there and he is pretty much fawning over you know who. Leo is supposed to be on Plains radio and Lan’s show again I think on Monday.
The other AM talk radio stars need to start talking about this. They are trying to lay low to avoid the Fairness Doctrine. Rush has said many times the best defense is a good offense.
All freepers need to get involved in this story.
Didn’t Donofrio’s case cite McCain’s birthplace as well? Your synopsis may be accurate, if it ever gets that far.
