I, also, noticed something on the birth certificate. Government documents in the 60’s to early 70’s referred to African Americans as Negro (no offense anyone) not African. I have checked old medical records, several state census’s and medical reports. All use the same terminology. I have the documents if anyone wants to see for themselves.
