I agree with your thinking. That's why I have tried, and won, several ballot access cases in the US Supreme Court.

Or, were you being snide and factually mistaken?

Congressman,

Actually, I didn't apply any personal text to my reply, other than TR’s quotes; although one might suppose that what I did was to supplant his words for mine. I did. Was that being snide? I don't think so. I cut to the chase regarding my reply (opinion) to your ‘robust’ commentary on Donofrio, and included foundational support. It was economics; two for one.

Donofrio’s many critics here, seem to refrain from opining as to why Justice Thomas accepted his ‘work’ into conference. Why? ... Why? ... Why?

I believe that four Supremes (will) see a need to define further, especially for future generations, what the Founders meant by ‘natural born citizen’ with regards to eligibility for the Presidency.

All this brouhaha about damage to the conservative side wrought by Donofrio (ie: a loose cannon,) is just so much poohing-poohing (of Donofrio) that it leads one to believe we have sour grapes on our hands (by our stalwarts.)

I've listened to multiple Donofrio interviews, and he has the country's best interests at heart.

By the way, I don't consider myself an emotional jellyfish.

Fire for effect!
