Oddly enough, Michelle’s license records are very suspect. She was initially licensed on May 12, 1989. Four years is about the amount of time she would have to pass the bar after graduation from college. As one of my friends pointed out: Affirmative Action will get a person in a college. It will help hire tutors to pass the class work. But, Affirmative Action will not pass the bar exam for you.
