Look, all I want the guy to do is produce the piece of paper. The fact that SCOTUS is even involved is a testament to the lying, cheating Chicago politics of The One. The soap opera is going on on our side with guys like Ed Morrissey at Hot Air thinking that anybody who brings this up is a tinfoil hatter. I was just saying that the drama, hue, and cry may be over on Monday. My hope is they take the case and toss the election.

i think delay in announcment is there giving obama time to come up with something. they know the urgency on this matter. i doubt there taking this lightly. everyone keep praying!

I am not sure about this. But it seems to me that if the SCOTUS declares any of the Presidential candidates Constitutionally ineligible it would not toss the election. It would only mean the Electors could not elect that man President. In other words, determining Obama ineligible would merely free "his" Electors to elect another.

This was how the Constitution was originally written and I believe is still written. The Constitution has no provisions for political parties and binding by the States of Electors to vote for a particular candidate has always been of dubious Constitutionality (in my estimation).

Food for thought.
