I wonder what folks who are obsessing over this plan on doing when it amounts to nothing.
The same could be asked of you about the constitution. I'm guessing you'll curl up in the fetal position and refuse to fight.

If someone isn’t willing to fight for the small things then they probably won’t fight for the big ones either...or when they do it will be too late!
IMO if we deal with the *small* things properly then it may never come to having to deal with the big things.
