Explanation about the ‘balkanization’ of the Untied States (spelling intentional, by the way). The Constitution is to be suspended just about in its entirety.
It does not matter, apparently to a great number of voters in this country, that obama may or may not be eligible to serve as President. So that provision of the Constitution is simply dropped from application.
Considering all the ‘penunbras’ and ‘emanations’ the courtz have found in the words of the Constitution, it is but a short step to simply declare whole clauses or even articles or amendments ‘inapplicable’.
So I say, to all those non-contiguous counties and precincts in the US that vote a straight Liberal ticket, the ‘blue’ states, without consideration that there is a minority within their districts that may have contrasting views, they should be segregated into their own empire, scattered and fragmented though it may be. Similarly, the ‘red’ districts, which are nearly contiguous and much more widespread than the ‘blue’ districts (though probably somewhat less populous), should be allowed to revert to government under the Constitution, and let the ‘blue’ districts run their local government under whatever the hell code of law they consider applicable to themselves.
