There's also a bit in the allegedly nonfiction book Everything You Wanted to Know About Sex (but Were Afraid to Ask) by "David Ruben MD" about an uneducated couple who thought the correct orifice was the woman's urethra. I don't believe that one at all-sounds like a 'medical student urban legend" IMO.
