The problem right now is not why the Birth Certificate was sealed,but why hasnt someone in authority the duty to certify that Obama has met Constitutional requirements.

Sad, but I can only come to the conclusion that the reason above is why no one in authority will address the B.C. situation.
The COLB is not an original Birth Certificate and the O.B.C. will not be revealed because it would disqualify Obama for one reason or another.
Quite possible that O Senior was not the biological father. However, it appears they were indeed legally married when O was born, so the legal father is most definitely O Senior.
In most states any child born to a married couple is by definition the legal child of the husband, regardless of whether it is even possible for him be the biological father. DNA and other proof of paternity is just irrelevant to this legality.
