Note: Merck's separate dose for rubella, Meruvax, uses aborted fetal cell lines and taints the entire MMR II vaccine. The separate doses of Attenuvax (measles) and Mumpsvax (mumps) use chick embryo. Without these separate doses for measles and mumps, there will be no moral alternative for parents! See contact information for Merck below.

Merck Focusing on Combination Vaccine Manufacturer Stops Sales of Monovalents for Measles, Mumps, Rubella By David Mitchell 12/24/2008
Merck & Co. Inc. has stopped production and sales of its monovalent vaccines for measles, mumps and rubella. The manufacturer instead plans to focus on its combination vaccine, MMRII.
Merck spokeswoman Amy Rose said MMRII accounts for 98 percent of the company's volume for measles, mumps and rubella vaccines, compared to just 2 percent from monovalent vaccines Attenuvax (measles), Mumpsvax (mumps) and Meruvax (rubella).
"The combination vaccine is what's recommended, and it's such a significant portion of the orders we see," said Rose. "It's in the best interest of public health to make more of that rather than dedicate manufacturing capacity to monovalents."
Rose said Merck had not decided when, or if, it might make the monovalent vaccines available for sale in the future.

With all the activities of the Government and Lawyers, the research activities of U.S. drug companies are going to dwindle rapidly during the next four years. If you have a kid who has a new disease, buy a casket. Thank the Democrats for the death benefits.
How about stopping this BEFORE it comes down to no CHOICE?
That is what this is all about. Stopping Merk from taking away the individual, non-contaminated vaccine options.
If a pregnant woman gets measles, then her unborn child has a high chance of having severe birth defects. That’s one of the main reasons for the vaccine.

They will have an epidemic of autism, multiple sclerosis, weird cancers and strange autoimmune diseases.
I do not trust vaxes at all. I didn’t vax my kids after the first one had two as a baby and her health got bad after that. Started getting ear infections one after the other. Other kid never vaxed until a teenager; had to for some school.

Please read the article in the OP, luckystarmom. There is an ETHICAL vaccine. The purpose of this thread is to keep it that way by contacing Merck.
I understand that. You were saying that measles was a mild disease, and it’s not that mild to a pregnant woman.
Chicken pox is also usually a mild disease, but can be fatal to a person on steroids or with immune problems.
Vaccines are important, but you have to be careful with risks vs benefits.
You can have the MMR separated into 3 different vaccinations, and I suppose they’ll keep doing that in the future with other vaccines.
