I live inside the beltway so it’s really bad around here. I can’t even work out without everybody talking about it. I have reservations to leave town for Gulfport, MS early Monday morning and am not coming back until Thursday night. I plan to be either eating, gambling or sleeping while the circus is going on. Very much looking forward to it.

Since Obama knows he is not a natural born American, he will be pissing on, violating, ignoring the Constitution faster than any other President in history as he swears to protect and defend the Constitution. Quite a start.
I am having my windows washed...at 0900 PST which is as you know that drop dead hour..I will watch the departure of the President and First Lady Larua Bush as they leave for Texas..with a good degree of saddness.
My opinion. There were no viable GOP candidates of any conservative persuasion. The top four candidates were/are RINOs.
The GOP is split in two. The larger part that wants to "reach across the isle" and be democrat light. The smaller part of people who could be described as conservatives.
obamanation makes me sick. anytime i hear the idiot I turn the radio and/or tv off.
i’ll build models, play computer games, or watch food network. the only time any national news channel is on in this house is abc muted for 5 minutes until jepardy comes on.

I was tempted a few months ago to just watch that very part but decided that I want to remember Bush as President and Laura as First Lady...that way Obama will just appear on TV in the future like he is still in a campaign.
People can say I am in denial or whatever...I just choose to ignore the whole damn process. Like we always do..FR will pull together when crisis calls...I will hear the horn when it does...until then...full bottles of shampoo and lots of soap to go through in that shower.
I will be in Hawaii, completely oblivious to it all.
We have schedules a tour at Pearl Harbor for the day, it will be a nice reminder of the trials this country has faced in the past.
Plan on working OT that day and the day before.

My sister who works for the State of Ohio told me this is all her coworkers talk about all day long. In fact, they are going to have one of their conference rooms opened up with the TV on so all their STATE employers can watch the swearing in. They never did that for Bush!!!!

I wonder if anyone knows the address for President Bush in Dallas ( his office). It would be nice to drop him and Larua notes from time to time to let him know how much he is missed. That and keeping up on the new library to be built.
Yeah I just got a text from a friend who works for roll call...he says people are being crushed as the plastic fences are being stampeded over.
I asked him...is there a free concert in D.C. today that I don’t know about or something? Such a beautiful day today...gonna do a half a day and then go to the beach.
Hate to be disagreeable, but I DO want Obama to fail!!
It should be clear to conservatives and real Americans that Obama's view of American is a heck of a lot different from the ideals on which this country was founded. I don't want him to succeed in turning this great nation into a lesser version of the failed Euopean states...I do not want my country to be another France in 8-years.
I want Obama to fail spectacularly.
