The primary function of any just government is to prevent and punish the taking of innocent human life. To but state the proposition is to prove it. Nevertheless, 36 years ago today, in the tradition of Scott v. Sanford, the Supreme Court of the United States took it upon themselves to declare that a certain class of humans were not really humans at all. In Dred Scott, the Supreme Court declared that certain humans were not humans and therefore could be enslaved. In Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court declared that certain humans were not humans and therefore not entitled to have government prevent or punish their unjust killing. Worse, that the government was constitutionally prevented from preventing or punishing their unjust killing.

Somebody should put up a counter that counts the number of infant murders - it’s over 40 million since RvW .... now we have Zero in office who’s a proponent of abortion ... save the terrorists but allow infant murder .... time to take the sailplane up and pull some G’s .....

Thanks for this post Daylilly. I do pray and will continue to do so. May God turn back the hearts of our citizens to the protection of the essence of innocence: the Unborn.

The unanimous Declaration of the Preborn People of the fifty united States of America,

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.—Such has been the patient sufferance of these Preborn People; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government, through those who would do so for them. The recent history of the present United States of America is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations towards the Preborn People, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these Preborn People. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world...
