You're absolutely right on that one.
The reason is that, contrary to popular belief, the AMA is no longer an organization which represents the interests of the nation's private medical practitioners.
It would rather collect massive receipts from sale of its coding software which government will mandate for single payer electronic billing from all doctor's offices (and hospitals). In other words, the AMA has been living well at the expense of the doctors it claims to represent, and stands to improve its finances even more as the left pushes toward mandated electronic single payer billing requiring AMA-copyrighted software.
Has anyone asked the corrupt Elitist in the US Congress and the Messiah where they will be getting their health care and if the American people can decide what tests they will get???
I certainly agree with all of that, but I would also offer that the “elite” medical schools are so dominated by a liberal agenda that it is simply unreal.
Liberals want big government.
And they of course want to cynically profit from the big government they want to impose on others.
I believe (just my own theory) that a lot of liberal elites truly believe that power and wealth is theirs by right of ontological superiority over the huddling masses. They view themselves as the “Great souled men” of the Classical period and extolled by Nietzsche. We literally owe these people our wealth and subservience so they can rule over us in luxury and comfort.
