You can send it with a signature card return receipt :) we can all post our cards to see who is signing for them and take it from there.. :)

Mail theft of this magnitude would have a lot of postal carriers seeing some possible jailtime and paying heavy fines!

I’ll still send mine even if Obama doesn’t see one red envelope. I surmise the White House staff will destroy it. It will still have an impact for some who handle the mail. The news of this plan on the internet may reach him even if the envelopes don’t. I pray good will come out of it somehow.

I have heard of stories of pro-life envelopes, bumper stickers and billboards changing the minds of girls/women who were contemplating abortion. If it saves one baby, I’ll send a red envelope.
