A Great Economy Cartoon Explaining Bailouts
Crimson Politics ^ | 2/14/09 | Brian Kane

Power Line posted a very funny cartoon that explains our current state of the US economy. What's sad is, for some companies this analogy fits perfectly. This is why the free market is so important and why people are against bailouts. Government should be trying its best to restore competition and free market. Monopolies, greedy executives, and poor standards are what the government should be fighting. Did you ever wonder why the economy is the way it is?

This comic (which has been around for a while) is a disgusting piece of liberal BS. I'm surprised anyone here would find it amusing.

C & H is always amusing satire. Sorry if I offended you. I’ll take back the compliment, then, or you can have the mods delete it.

Well, you've got the greedy businessman overcharging for his product. He wants huge profits for his company and a big salary for himself. He's cutting corners on his costs and selling a contaminated product. On top of everything, he wants a bailout. If this isn't the picture the MSM paints of businessmen in general, nothing is.

That’s the thing, the fact that they want a bailout is satirical of liberal stupidity of handing out bailouts to companies.

It’s making fun of greedy companies who do cut corners, fail their businesses, and then finally give up and demand a bailout like as if their encountered.

If anything this cartoon is conservative.
