In Arizona's Pima and Cochise counties law enforcement officials "are seeing more and more 'rape trees,' places where Mexican drug cartel members rape female border crossers and hang their clothes."

Mexico is totally out of control. We need to start importing that stuff up here along with their poverty. sarc/

Pima County is Tucson. Back in the day, Tucson Police Department were serious cops and meant business about keeping the peace. Obviously that is no longer the case.

Tucson is 70 miles from the border, and the 'rape trees' mentioned in this article are on the border.

TPD ain't got nothin' to do with what's going on on the border.
