Yup. Since the Body of Christ is ALL believers, we are universal.

Yes, and, of course, the writers of Apostle’s Creed look forward to the Reformation.

Obviously. They foresaw a different pillar and foundation of truth from their own Church, and foresaw the gates of hell prevailing against the ‘universal’ Church they established.

Of course. They’d likely all forswear their bishops and teaching authority and doctrine, resign their posts and be Calvinists now.
