The newest plaintiffs on the scene for lawsuits about Obama’s birth certificate are a group of military personnel, some active, some reservists, and some retired. They all share the same concern, they don’t think that our sitting President has the requirements set forth in the Constitution to be our President.

And the first of them, the one filed by retired colonel Gregory Hollister, was just dismissed yesterday. Don't expect the rest to fare any better.

"[We] got a call first thing this morning...from the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles that it was in fact a fraudulent title," Jennifer Tetley tells Hair Balls. She said "There were some little-bitty hiccups on the title that did not add up....We had eight digits - there should have been nine digits."

There was also a problem with the way the Ohio DMV's stamp appears on the title. Tetley assured Hair Balls that Leake never intended to mislead anyone, and while the sweet, sweet ride will still be auctioned off, it won't be advertised as Elvis's car. A freedom of information request should require that the POTUS reveal his birth certificate. He ran for the highest office, he should submit his creditials for public scrutiny.

I think that the most important records may be the college records from Columbia College (not universtity). I suspect that he received college credit for life experience, not course completion. No one has any recollection of Obama at Columbia college. I believe that the life experience took place in Pakistan.
