I think the rally yesterday is going to be short lived. The administration’s stimulus bill certainly isn’t doing anything to help the markets, and there doesn’t seem to be anything in the economy that can turn it despite the lack of tax incentives from the government. ...Of course, that’s just my non economist viewpoint.
