You raise an interesting point. I hope (I hate that word now) that this is a true story and that some how, what ever tape they are talking about gets posted. Nothing on youtube as of yet. Also, it is interesting that Roberts said he would read it. Hopefully he truly meant it as it sounds like there is a mole on the staff, time will tell.

That's what I find troubling. I find it hard to believe that not only would the Chief Justice not inform her of the proper channels for presenting cases before the court but also that Taitz, a lawyer, wouldn't know what those procedures are. This "the tape is out there", is a classic conman tactic. They always promise something, a tape, receipt, mystery witness that they swear exists but for whatever reason, usually money, they can't produce. Call me a skeptic but I'll believe Chief Justice Roberts agreed to review her case when I either see the tape or Chief Justice Roberts publicly corroborates her story.
