If that was the case, I'd agree but that isn't how the Dems operate.

They will inflate populations in democrat states and districts.

Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Pennsylvania, California, etc..

And deflate populations in Republican states and districts.

This will shift the allocation of congressional seats and electoral votes to Democrat states which will stack the deck in the Rats favor.

You can bet the farm that Texas will have “less” people after the census is tallied.

good point. I was thinking more in terms of EC votes than congressional districts.
