I won’t be answering their questions. Its not like I’ll be counted anyway.
While I look for a full-time job, I’ve taken the test to be a census enumerator. I finished with a very good score and am waiting to hear if I’ll be hired.
I’m worried that your attitude will be widespread if and when I go knocking on doors. Nobody will want to cooperate except minorities and illegals who will probably be urged to inflate their numbers. I am really interested to see what instructions I may receive about the whole process. Be sure about one thing; if I’m hired and detect any funny business, I will blow the whistle on these frauds.
I can imagine, though, that Obama’s people will be checking voter registrations and will not hire Republicans to be enumerators. I don’t expect a call anytime soon.
