News? What a surprise they are bankrupt. So is Obungler and the Fed and the Federal state and local governments. The only ones not bankrupt are the 20% of us who are still dumb enough to keep paying income tax.

Reuters seems to be the only one reporting the trading was halted. Market Watch and Citi's financial portfolio profile doesn't say anything about this.
