Star Parker has written the best and most compelling articles on this issue. The government entitlement programs have ruined a generation of African Americans. It’s absolutely tragic and a travesty.
Does this count the black babies born to white women?
Listen to the Black comics. It’s cool to father 15 children by 15 different women. It’s cool to live in the ‘hood.
Then don’t complain to me about racism being your problem and a racist society holding you down. No, your racism is enslaving you to bondage. Know why white, asian hispanics and others are eating blacks for economic lunch? Because, by and large, they have a better chance of coming from a nuclear family. So don’t blame me that Blacks are the targets of racism. You want that lifestyle, YOU deal with the consequences!
This is the way the “It Takes A Village” fiasco is designed to work. That way, the U.S. taxpayers and not the sperm donor are responsible for raising the offspring.

I think for white babies it is now something like 40% as well. This will be the death knell of our culture, and I’m not sure how we can get a handle on it.
During WWII, the rate of Black unwed mothers was 7% . . . lower than Caucasian women . . . look what we’ve (or, they’ve) done in the last 60 years. It’s around over 70% now . . .
