Sure these aren't Marines? I heard a guy telling the wounded one in the turret, "Let DOC check you out." Admittedly, I never hung out with Army guys, but doc is a term Navy/Marines use for their corpsman. I also heard, "Corpsman up."

The uniforms I saw were definitely Army (ACU).
I did one guy say, “Marines”, so it appeared to be a joint operation.
