I think they're implying that Obama likes the two-hand clasp -- that is, Obama shakes your hand, and then puts his other hand over the shaken hand, usually as a sign of dominance. He either double-shakes, or he puts his other hand on the other person's free arm while shaking hands.

It's a power thing, but you kinda give up the power aspect when bowing during it.

Only problem is, on the video 0bama’s left hand is clearly visible at his inner thigh during the bow. He doesn’t go for the 2-hand clasp until well after he is done disgracing the United States with a deep, religious bow.
