I went in for heart surgery. During surgery I suffered a stroke and ended up with MRSA, resulting in the opening of my chest a total of 4 times.
Instead of the anticipated 8 day stay in the hospital, I was there for 2 long and painful months. I continued IV antibiotics for about 3 more months after I was released.
I am told that mine is chronic, but it’s stayed hidden for about a year now.
I wanted you to know that this may take awhile. And yes, the prayers worked.
Oh Gater113 what an incredible ordeal you went through and are still (even thought the MRSA has been ‘dormant’ for about a year). Prayers for your continued health. Thanks for sharing your experience with us all and also the OP.
