Who’s going to comply? Think about it. Everybody, and that includes the lunatics who voted for Obama, will be affected by this. There’s not enough money to transfer to give back to the poor in the form of credits. They’re going to be riding government-subsidized busses or walking or riding bicycles, and even the most hardened greenie isn’t going to ride bikes in the winter here. I predict this thing is going to fail, and it’ll be another victory for the people.
