Get a netti pot. GNC sells them. It is a mini tea pot that you fill with warm water and a pinch of salt. Tilt head sideways over sink, put spout in one nostril and salt water comes out other nostril. Repeat on other side. Sounds gross, but works like a charm. Havn’t had the usual spring sinus issues yet.
