When the government commits fraud, it's apparently legal. Never mind being above the Law when you are the Law and it's whatever you want it to be.

Fiduciary relationships exist between an agent and principal, testator and trustee, testator and executor, ward and guardian, customer and bank, client and attorney, patient and doctor, partner and partner, stockholders (shareholders) and directors...

But not between politicians and taxpayers.
