I sure wish somebody would tape-record these things.

His “no further comment” position is not helping his crediblity on the subject.....except with me....it tells me that his “client” is continuing to receive “pressure” and doesn’t like it.

I’d like to throw out an abstract legal question to any lawyers on the forum. Should a lawyer be making public statements like this after his client has decided on a particular course-of-action? Isn’t he kind of putting his client at risk?
Just wondering...

Atty Lauria sat quietly in his study.
The quiet was interrupted with the sound of acorns spinkling down on his patio outside.
The pattering grew louder as the acorns fell larger and faster, until he picked up the rudely ringing phone and agreed to appear on Fox News and play mister clam for Neil Cavuto and Megyn Kelley.
Aluria's last comment to Megyn is the key ... 'keep digging at this issue and the truth will come out.'

This is all about Obama and the UAW thugs not wanting Chrysler to go into bankruptcy and sliding out from under the ridiculous contracts they have saddled car makers with over the years. You can bet your last dollar that the direct threatening phone calls to creditors could be traced back to union goons. The looters want to keep their lucrative deals at the expense of the creditors and the US taxpayers. Unfortunately for them the whole house of cards is about to come crashing down.
The most telling thing here is that the creditor fools that took the bailout money are quietly going along with this fiduciary lunacy at the expense of their share holders while those that did not are squealing like stuck pigs.
