Trader Joe’s has a policy of no food from China

This for me is very useful info. Such a daily hassle to ferret out and avoid Red Chinese goods.Anybody else, like Whole Paycheck, signing on to that policy?

Further information about Trader Joe’s:

Trader Joe’s says they phased out all single-ingredient Chinese imports such as garlic, frozen organic spinach, nuts, ginger and edamame.

Unfortunately the ban doesn’t include products with ingredients from China, a leading source of vitamins and minerals used in many processed foods.

If you go to ask.com or (liberal) google and put in the words “Trader Joe’s” and China you can get more information.

I had no idea that much of the processed food had ingredients from there. Also I’m beginning to wonder if foods from Korea, Thailand, VietNam or Mexico are any safer than the Chinese ones.
