There are several sites online where you can buy US grown garlic and make your own.

To peel the cloves separate them and place them between a couple of stainless steal or other hard bowls and shake up and down for a few minutes this will loosen the paper on the clove.

Slice the clove very thin lengthwise and place in your dehydrator for several days. Then grind in a food processor.

Best damn garlic powder I ever tasted.

This sounds good. Will the dried, ground garlic powder keep in the fridge or on your cupboard shelf for a long time?
