Obama is the first psychopath President. He does not have any genuine emotions in his entire being. Everything he does that appears to be an emotion-based reaction is learned, practiced.
He is very good at pulling up the reaction he needs at the moment, but sometimes he makes a mistake and calls up the wrong one.
He thought the correct reaction to the entertainers he was supposed to give at the WH Correspondents Dinner was laughter. He failed to account for inappropriate content, and because her has no base morals on which to judge inappropriate content, he laughed.
Now his handlers and his lackeys have to cover for those mistakes.
