You remember Jessie MacBeth, don’t you? He was the fake “Army Ranger” thug who lied about serving in Iraq and was promoted by the Iraq Veterans Against the War until milbloggers exposed him as a total fraud.

Well, meet a guy who makes Jessie MacBeth look like a choir boy.

I really hate how these phony soldiers were never prosecuted by the Bush administration. Of course they are probably lauded as heroes now.

“The duality of that day, the good and the bad that I saw that day, are forever etched in my mind and in my memory,” he told KOAA television in an interview last year marking the anniversary of the attacks.

Well isn't this interesting. He sounds suspiciously like Jean-Fraude Kerry describing the never-happened excursion to Cambodia that "was seared, seared into his memory."

Let us not forget that John Kerry used FAKE “veterans” all the time, back in Kerry’s “Jane Fonda” anti war days.

“I really hate how these phony soldiers were never prosecuted by the Bush administration.”

I can’t think of any phonies prosecuted by any administration.

Look at the gaggle from VVAW.

Kerry, at least, was in ‘nam, if you hadn’t heard, he got medals there.

"...if the United States were to set a date for withdrawal the prisoners of war would be returned."-J.F. Kerry

"Under questioning from the Committee, Kerry referred to the democratically elected government of South Vietnam -- our allies -- as a "dictatorial regime, the Thieu-Ky-Khiem regime," while respectfully calling the North Vietnamese communist regime we were fighting by its oxymoronic official name, the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, and the murderous Viet Cong's political arm by their preferred "Provisional Revolutionary Government.":

June, 1970 -- Kerry joins Vietnam Veterans Against the War (VVAW), a national veterans group that is part of the Peoples Coalition for Peace and Justice. The PCPJ is a broad coalition of local and national organizations, including the Communist Party, USA, "committed to conducting demonstrations aimed at ending the war in Indochina, and poverty, racism and injustice at home." The VVAW, CCI and PCPJ all have headquarters at 156 Fifth Avenue in New York City. VVAW Executive Secretary Al Hubbard, a former Black Panther, is also on the coordinating committee of the PCPJ. Hubbard soon appoints Kerry to the VVAW's Executive Committee, bypassing the normal election process.

FYI: The Black Panthers were revolutionary communists/domestic terrorists.

From the Maoist Internationist Movement:
[1960s/original] Black Panther Party [BPP] Archives
From the article: REVOLUTIONARY HEROS

"On May 1st, May Day [1969], the day of the gigantic Free Huey rally, two of Alioto's top executioners vamped on the brothers from the Brown Community who were attending to their own affairs. These brothers, who are endowed with the revolutionary spirit of the Black Panther Party defended themselves from the racist pig gestapo.

Pig Joseph Brodnik received his just reward with a big hole in the chest. Pig Paul McGoran got his in the mouth which was not quite enough to off him.

The revolutionary brothers escaped the huge swarm of pigs with dogs, mace, tanks and helicopters, proving once again that "the spirit of the people is greater than the man's technology."

To these brothers the revolutionary people of racist America want to say, by your revolutionary deed you are heroes, and that you are always welcome to our camp."

November 22, 1970 -- During a fund-raising tour for GI deserters, Vietnam Veterans Against the War and the Black Panthers, Jane Fonda is quoted in the Detroit Free Press as telling a University of Michigan audience:

"I would think that if you understood what communism was, you would hope, you would pray on your knees that we would someday become communist," and "The peace proposal of the Viet Cong is the only honorable, just, possible way to achieve peace in Vietnam."

The photo is genuine. Here is what Jane Fonda herself had to say about it:

"My reaction is that the American people have had it with the big lie. Any attempt to link Kerry to me and make him look bad with that connection is completely false. We were at a rally for veterans at the same time. I spoke, Donald Sutherland spoke, John Kerry spoke at the end. I don't even think we shook hands."

What better way to allow for crime to fester than to not prosecute it. I am sure there are numerous federal laws being broken by anyone pretending to be serving or pretending to have served in the military.

On what charge? I don't think lying about military service is a crime unless you're trying to get government benefits from it.

I'm sorry, I believe you got his name wrong...it's not John Kerry, it's Jane Fonda Kerry :)

Well actually I suppose his last name is properly Kerry-Heinz. Designated gigolo of the Democrat Party.

Why does everyone think that none of these phonies were ever prosecuted by the Bush administration? Just wondering. Does anyone think that Bush’s TX NG experience had anything to do w/ it?

The group said it found that Strandlof had been a patient in a mental hospital in Washoe County, Nev., at the time of the roadside bombing in Fallujah, Iraq, that he claimed left him severely wounded.

I thought that hospital records were confidential?

How did this privileged information get released?

Maybe whoever got this exposed could do some undercover work on all of the information that we don't have on Obama!

Hey, you guys, hold on just a darn minute here!

I remember this guy well. He was with me and Lt. Kerry that Christmas Eve (had to be, no moon) night we swam blackened and naked (except for our Rambo headscarves, which held our weapons and cigarettes) up the Mekong River into Cambodia at the secret order of soon-to-be President Nixon.

Using a little-known military skill, after-action report control and auto-recommendation, Lt. Kerry later deservedly received the Silver Star avec Palme (an unusual award for one so young), The Croix de Guerre, The Pour le Merité, The Cloud Banner With a Thousand white Elephants, and 4 Purple Hearts with Awful Suppurating Gaping Wound Cluster.

He very generously recommended me for the Camping Skills Merit Badge. I was well on my way to the Life-Saving, but Lt. Kerry said the water was too muddy for him to verify it. He was all the time a stickler for that kind of thing.

All of the above is seared, seared I tell you, into my memory.

On what charge? I don't think lying about military service is a crime unless you're trying to get government benefits from it.

That depends on whether they fake "hero" status and/or wear medals they didn't earn...

The Stolen Valor Act of 2005 (the Act), signed into law by President George W. Bush on December 20, 2006,[1] is a U.S. law that broadens the provisions of previous U.S. law addressing the unauthorized wear, manufacture, sale or claim (either written or verbal) of any military decorations and medals. It is a federal misdemeanor offense, which carries a punishment of imprisonment for not more than 1 year and/or a fine; the scope previously covered only the Medal of Honor.

The purpose of the Act is to strengthen the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 704 by broadening its scope and strengthening penalties. Specific new provisions in the Act include: granting more authority to Federal law enforcement officers, extending scope beyond the Medal of Honor, broadening the law to cover false claims whereas previously an overt act had to be committed, covering mailing and shipping of medals, and protecting the reputation and meaning of military heroism medals.[3][5] Under the act, it is illegal for unauthorized persons to wear, buy, sell, barter, trade or manufacture "any decoration or medal authorized by Congress for the armed forces of the United States, or any of the service medals or badges awarded to the members of such forces." In the 18 months after the act was enacted, the Chicago Tribune estimates 20 prosecutions. The number is increasing as awareness about the law spreads. [8] The need for the Act came about because of large numbers of fake military heroes in the United States. For example, as of June 2, 2006 there were only 120 living Medal of Honor recipients, but there were far more known imposters.[9][10][11] There are also large numbers of fake Navy SEALS[12][13] and Army Special Forces,[14] among others.

Stolen Valor Act of 2005

Also, if you happen to lie on a Federal form (fraud) or while under oath (perjury) about military service, that is a crime.

The idiots who fell for these frauds during Vietnam and now during the WOT, are the same exact idiots who are asked by the pollsters if “global warming” is real or if the country is going in “the right direction.” Weird.

Dan Rather is here everyone!!!!!
You are right, the Bush regime didn’t prosecute them because GW’s NG records would expose that...he served in the NG.

“Why does everyone think that none of these phonies were ever prosecuted by the Bush administration?”

I have never heard of any. There may be cases, but they don’t make the news.

There was a general, or colonel, or something who was accused of wearing ribbons he did not deserve who suicided, but that’s not prosecution.

Maybe someone knows how to search for federal prosecutins or convictions by US Code violation or UCMJ citation out there?
