The true tragedy in all of this, is that we likely could block this confirmation if the GOP senators would actually act conservative and challenge the racist appointee.

Instead, so many senators are fighting to see who can knife Rush and Gingrich in the back the most and give the most support for Sotomayor. What a sick joke.
