Hatred towards east Indians as the "middleman" minority has been an issue in the Carribbean and Asia ex-India for some time. Becoming a big issue in the mid-East where east Indians have been imported by the Arabs (see Dubai, Qatar, etc.).

In the US, I really don't see this happening. Central New Jersey has the highest concentration of Indians in the United States, and the worst that happens is some low-life schlep class white guy b-tches about the "dot-heads" buying up all the property in his neighborhood. Meanwhile, Pat and Vinny's kid's sit around the 7-11 parking lot drinking, while Poojah and Bharat's kids study to go to Harvard and Stamford.

This article is largely correct, but I don't think that East Indian immigrants to the US really have anything to fear, except for the occassional gangbanger robbing the gas station/convenience store.

You seem to forget the current administration and their point spokesman, Jersey Joe Biden. The only problems I see are that these people want to be American Capitalists in the face of a National Socialist Government. Their religion does not seem to include a need to kill anyone not adopting their beliefs. They choose to learn the English language and prefer to work for a living over marching in the streets for a handout. Yep, they have problems here.

I think the article is taking a fear mentality too far. There is no wide-spread hatred towards Indians. In Africa, Indians are the traders and shop and business owners who generally keep the economy humming, so the natives do resent them a bit. Plus Indians can be disriminatory against blacks in Africa (looking upon them as not being intelligent and of a lower culture). This is similar to the resentment against the white farmers in Zimbabwe and Zambia and against the Chinese who are moving there now.

I've not heard of any hatred against Indians in the Middle-East, just the standard Arab rules for foreign workers (i.e. your visa is dependent on you having a job. Fired? you leave within 15 days, or else go to jail.

in the US there is no anti-indian hatred at all, maybe some idiots think a Sikh is Osama, but not much else (when the author said that about the US that's when I knew he was on a fear pyschosis rant)

The East Indians are like, have the conservative morals retained with them wherever they go, unlike many others.

They still strive for the capitalist realiity in the adversity of a neo-national socialist government.
