And that's good too -- and it brings out the point I was trying to make that India is terribly vast and diverse -- you spent time in India and didn't see Indian Christians, you spent time in UP which has it's own culture, is primarily Hindi speaking. Yet, other parts of India, like say Sikkim or Tamil Nadu, won't speak Hindi, will have other cultures etc. yet India still carries on. It's quite an amazing civilisational-state (rather than a narrow nation-state).
