Charles! I think the DUmmie was referring to his “life partner” not his business partner. So it was his life partner that got the channel changed at the dealership he works at.
I know. I was just having FUn with this stupid "partner" talk. It used to be, in my lifetime, that "my partner" always meant "my business partner."
Instead of saying, "my partner," they should say, "my fellow immoral co-shacker-upper."
