You would think that the people who see those thugs on the rooftops shooting at people would go house to house and sneak up on the thugs going inside the houses and take them out some how....
Those thugs seem to only be bold with their guns... if a group a people would sneak up on those thugs inside the houses.. without their guns , the thugs would be wimps.....

Find any opposition leaders and move them from house to house at night so the government won't find them...
The people need to have scouts to find the Hezbollah thugs posing as police and find them at night time and take them out...
