Obama's Census to castrate American Caucasians
Canada Free Press ^ | June 27, 2009 | Paul Williams

Posted on 06/27/2009 9:53:04 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

It’s invasive. It’s corrupt. It’s rigged. It’s unconstitutional.

Its purpose is the legislative transformation of the United States of America into a land where conservatives, Christians, and Calcasians will become political castrados.

It is biased and prejudicial.

It serves to channel billions of dollars into bogus political action groups, such as ACORN.

It promotes gay rights and same-sex marriages.

It is a document that was not something drafted by the Berkley chapter of the Barbra Streisand Fan Club or the Alec Baldwin wing of the American Civil Liberties Union.

It is President Barack Obama’s 2010 Census Form.

The form asks if you have a house with running water, if you have a flush toilet, if you go to work by ferryboat or trolleycar, if you are mentally challenged, if you are of Hispanic, Latino, or Spanish origin, and if you are a white, black, negro, African American, American Indian, Asian Indian, Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Native Hawaiian, Guamanian or Chamorro, Samoan, Fijian, or Tongan

It asks if you have hot and cold running water, a sink with a faucet, a frigerator, a bathtub or shower, a stove or range, and a flush toilet.

It asks if you use coal, gas, oil, electricity, or solar energy to heat your home or apartment, if you are deaf or blind, if you are mentally challenged, if you have a physical disability, if you are employed, self-employed, or retired, if you have troubled dressing or bathing, if you have difficulty walking or climbing the stairs, and if you speak a language other than English at home.

It asks your income, your educational level, and the time you leave your home in the morning.

But infinitely more telling is what the new census form doesn’t ask.

A FReeper looked up the relevant US Code and it's a $100 fine, but has NEVER been assessed.

Check Again...Here's the information from the American Community Survey (ACS) FAQ

Yes. Respondents are required to answer all questions on the American Community Survey (ACS) to the best of their ability. Response to this and other Census surveys is required by law (Section 221 of Title 13, Chapter 7, United States Code). This chapter also contains information regarding offenses and possible penalties. According to Section 221, persons who do not respond shall be fined not more than $100. Title 18 U.S.C. Section 3571 and Section 3559, in effect amends Title 13 U.S.C. Section 221 by changing the fine for anyone over 18 years old who refuses or willfully neglects to complete the questionnaire or answer questions posed by census takers from a fine of not more than $100 to not more than $5,000. More information.

The last census, devised by DemonRATs during th Klintoon administration, had a “short form” and “long form”. The short form was the usual, “How many people live at this address”, nothing more.

The “long form” was what is described in the above article and was sent to 10% of the addresses.

I got one of the “long forms”.

I filled in the box for how many people lived at my address and sent it in without supplying the rest of the information.

A few weeks later, a Census worker appeared at my door. He wanted the rest of the information. I invited him inside and we chatted a bit about the legalities of the document. I told him that Congress had no authority to ask me any questions in the Census beyond that required in the Constitution, “How many people live at this address?”

He assured me that Congress was authorized by the Constitution to devise whatever type of Census they wanted and that I was required by law to provide the information.

When he asked what race I was, I said, “Human”.

He wrote something down, but I could tell he wasn’t amused.

When he asked what race my wife was, I though a moment before answering and said, “Female”.

Now he was getting upset with me. I told him that I had given him honest answers and didn’t understand what his problem was with them.

Then he started asking me the personal, financial questions. I told him that I would not answer those. He got up to leave and tole me that I could be subject to a $100 fine and/or an unspecified time in prison for refusing to comply with the law.

When he left, I was worried, but I never did hear back from them.

I think that if enough people REFUSE to comply with this unjust intrusion, we can overcome. But the numbers must be HUGE, in the tens or hundreds of thousands.

Stand firm!

I said that on Nov.5th, but the nation still sleeps at night without a care.

I keep thinking about Samual and how he prayed to God, about what the Israelites asked for, A king. And what God's response was.

And his census will make sure that the time of the Judeo-Christian standards and culture in the land of the free and the home of the brave will come to an end.

US Constitution, Article I, Section 2: “…The actual Enumeration shall be made within three years after the first meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent term of ten years, in such manner as they shall by law direct…”

US Constitution, Amendment IV: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

It appears that there may be a conflict of rights here. Using the Census for any purpose than enumeration appears to cross the line into seizing information from citizens.

Thanks for sharing this. I just sent it to my entire e-mail list with the proviso that the answer to the question at the end is that we are only REQUIRED to answer the one question: How many people live at this address? I then asked that they pass it on to their e-mail list.

Also, any of us attending Tea Parties might make handouts with this info on them.

These are the questions they ask every census. Most of the questions go back decades. There's nothing evil here.....it's been standard for years.

Stop right there and consider.........that was way back when the census was untainted by politics.

That was long before the WH was controlling the census----getting its hands on info to be used for political purposes.

That was long before the calculated Rahm Emanuel was manipulating the census to build a permanent Dem majority w/ the replies.

That was long before ID theft prevailed-----which is a distinct possibilty today....... with the nefarious ACORN getting ahold of the info.

Americans counted way back when. Now the census will enshrine illegal hyphanates as the "new majority" (a political goal of the Obamatons).

The potential for wrongdoing is breathtaking.

"I use census data frequently and I have used most of these catagories. Most of the questions go back decades. Some of the reasons are obvious. Time of leaving for work helps compute road capacity needs and commute time. The indoor plumbing question goes back, I think, to the 1920 census when they were trying to potty train the South. There's nothing evil in here and it's been standard for years."

And every one of those questions is and has been un-Constitutional. Nor should YOU have access to the information. The Census is NOT the "US Bureau of Statistics". The ONLY legitimate question to be asked in the census is how many residents at an address, and that is ALL I will answer.

Census data is big business.

Which is why I wonder what would happen if millions of Americans just refused to co-operate with the census....

And check this out, BTW...

Interesting set of links there...

I caught the guy coming down my one mile, dead end driveway to GPS my home. I told him he did not have permission to come on my property and could not GPS my home he said OK and did not do it. I followed him out and then asked him why they were doing it? He said in case people do not fill out the mailed form, then they know where to find them with the GPS coordinates.

Judge Napolotano on Fox News, said the constitution says only how many people living in the house period!! Are they going to fine me $5,000, bring it. I will hire a lawyer with the $5,000 to fight for the constitution rather than give them one thin dime.

“They’ve already been by your house and made a GPS entry for its location- they know where it is.”

The same knowledge can be gained with a mailing address. Urban myth in the making?

YOU PAY FOR ITS COLLECTION.

You do. Twice, at least, in the case for traffic flow. Have you ever seen the the air hoses laying across the road recording the number of cars going over it to calculate traffic flow? That's got to be paid for as it's part of a study. And, now the census is purportedly doing the very same thing. Except in the case of the census they don't ask what route you take so how is the information applicable to traffic planning?

This is intrusive at best and the genesis of "central planning" at worst.

It asks your income, your educational level, and the time you leave your home in the morning.

But infinitely more telling is what the new census form DOESN’T ask.

It doesn’t ask if you are a citizen of the U.S.A., if you are an immigrant, or if you are a Muslim.

WOW!

Yes, but using GPS and computers makes gerrymandering SO much easier.

Everyone who answers Native American is giving more government goodies to whom the government means by ‘Native American’-—and fewer goodies to those of the real race of the respondent.

Is that really such a great subversive move?

There are programs that can convert a street address into latitude/longitude coordinates and achieve the same result.

Sure, why not? Starve the beast by bankrupting it. It’ll bankrupt surely - especially the path we’re on now - so bring it about on our terms, not theirs.
