If a family cannot afford to purchase coverage, how can they be expected to pay a fine?

They won’t have to pay the fine if they OBEY and sign on the dotted line.

This is just a technical issue for the libs. They do not care about logic and reason — only taxing you into oblivion. They just want to take ALL your money. They could not care less about your health — just your wealth.

The fines would be collected through the income tax system.

They'll just garnish their wages, seize their property, etc. So the family that can't afford to purchase health insurance - at the average of more than $12,000 per year - will end up with a lien on their house, and no money in their bank account.

That is part of the prevention part of the government health insurance plan -- reducing stress helps people stay healthy. /sarc
