Photoshopped, Yes. Maya's COLB, definitely not.
I believe I originally read that it was a doctored copy of Maya’s on the Texas Darlin website, which I can’t get to come up now. It is referenced here though.

Later, it brings up the fact that Maya was born in Indonesia, and the fact that a foreign born baby managed to get a Hawaiin COLB.
