In fairness to Holdren, he wrote this stuff when he believed we were headed for overpopulation. Instead the opposite happened: we are barely replacing ourselves and Social Security is about to implode because of it. Someone needs to ask him if he still holds those views before we get all riled up.

Reading this and some other “czar related” stories have prompted me to put together a table listing all the czars, titles, their education, their viewpoints and other data. The more information we have, the better our armament for fighting off these radicals. If anyone wants to help, please let me know or if you want my final list, again, just let me know. I first tried to find a full listing of czars online, but there isn’t a full listing anywhere that I see.
